Silicone Impregnated Fiberglass- Spec Sheet
A fibergass fabric coated with a specially formulated dry silicone rubber. It resists temperatures up to 500F and is flame retardant with a char length of .3 in. max, afterglow of 1 second max, and a flmae out of 1 second max. It provides a greater life and improves resistance to abrasions, tears, and punctures, and increases flexability.
Temp Mat- Spec Sheet
A fiberglass mat composed of 100% "E" type glass fibers which are put into web form without chemical binders. It can resist temperatures up to 1200F and is fire resistant and incombustable with an "R" value of 4.35 per inch.
TRS10- Spec Sheet
A flexable white blanket of inorganic glass fibers bonded with proprietary theroset resin. It can be used in applications from subzero to 1000F. TRS10 is noncorrosive and will not accelerate corrosion on copper, aluminum, or steel.
Ceramic Fiber- Spec Sheet
A flexable material made of composite silica and alumia blend. THis material includes ceramic fibers which are crosslocked and needled into mat form. It has a high temperature rating of 2300F and is noncombustible and recommended for extreme temperature conditions.
Stainless Steel Mesh- Spec Sheet
Made of type 304 stainless steel which is knitted into a tubular fabric. It allows blanket design construction to achieve elevated operating temperatures in excess of 1100F. Stainless steel mesh is vibration resistant, durable, and long lasting. Temperature rating is 1200F.
Thread- Spec Sheet
Made with type 304 ultra fine stainless steel wire strands with a polyester coating that is flame retardant. Temperature rating is 1,000F to 2,000F.
We have several differnt types from nylon to stainless steel with temperature ratings from -70F to 800F. Velcro is heat, chemical, and water resistant which makes this type of closure very durable, and can be easily removed and reapplied with no tools.
Lacing Pins and Wire-
Both are made with type 304 stainless steel which is recommended for higher temperature applications and heavier covers. This type of closure can be removed to service equipment and can be reapplied with tools.
